The Golu story

A small Tamil kitchen, carried to the hills with love.

Rishika and Mukesh are the chef couple behind Golu. After cooking in five-star hotels and beginning their restaurant journey in Chennai, they brought their Tamil kitchen to Dharamshala.

Golu is named for Rishika's beloved brother—a small, personal reminder that food, like family, brings people closer. Shakh of Rishikesh joins Rishi from Rishika and Kesh from Mukesh: their shared branch, rooted in a shared dream.
